The Senior Product Manager for Okta Identity Governance will help evolve the product to enable secure technology usage via the Okta Identity Cloud.
This role involves defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and leading a scrum team to deliver features for identity governance, compliance, and access management.

Engage with customers to understand pain points with governance, compliance, and access management.
Define and execute the roadmap for the Okta Identity Governance platform.
Set product strategy and vision for the product area.
Evangelize the product strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
Define the product roadmap with prioritization trade-offs.
Lead a scrum team of engineers to deliver features with high quality.
Act as a thought leader for the product area and monitor the competitive landscape.
Work with Product Marketing to articulate Okta's differentiation versus market alternatives.

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS.
Experience developing a phased roadmap for complex or abstract projects and executing it to deliver a product.
Customer-obsessed mindset with an owner mentality.
Bachelor's degree or an MBA.

Familiarity with Okta technology for Identity Governance and Access Management.
Direct experience or practical knowledge of identity governance concepts such as access certifications, entitlement management, RBAC, and separation of duties.
Familiarity with standards like SCIM and SAML.
Familiarity with the competitive landscape including SailPoint, Saviynt, and Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
