Responsibilities
- Partner closely with engineers to define and refine solutions early, helping move ideas from concept to production in practical, incremental steps.
- Balance user needs, market context, and execution speed while focusing on getting working solutions into users' hands for validation.
- Take ownership of areas where requirements are not fully defined, structure problems into clear, actionable paths forward, and maintain momentum.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition, align short-term priorities with longer-term platform thinking, and make thoughtful trade-offs.
- Work across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, engage effectively with senior and executive stakeholders, and bring alignment and clarity.
- Understand developer workflows and key pain points, and help improve integration, usability, and the overall product experience.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
- Possess a strong technical background that lets you engage deeply with engineering topics.
- Have hands-on experience working with APIs, systems, and integrations.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering products in close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Be comfortable understanding how systems are designed and operate in practice, able to engage in technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and evaluate trade-offs.
- Take ownership from problem to outcome, be comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities, and combine structured thinking with a bias toward action.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and know how to build alignment and drive decisions forward.
