The position supports all recruitment to ensure the company hires the best and most qualified employees to maintain high standards.

Recruiting for roles at all levels across the expanding portfolio of houses, restaurants, and shared working spaces
Proactive and reactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates
Coaching and guiding managers to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment journey
Working with the wider recruitment team on new opening strategy and high volume hiring
Managing the internal recruitment process and applications
Providing feedback to all candidates
Leading external recruitment events such as careers fairs and open days
Continually reviewing recruitment methods as the business expands to ensure constant improvement
Building rapport with teams at all levels both in operations and the support office
Training on recruitment practices for all hiring managers

At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Recruitment Manager
Must be willing to travel outside of London on occasion to meet the needs of the business
Experience of recruiting high volume within hospitality, shared working spaces, or retail
Positive and proactive attitude
Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
Strong IT skills and ability to write and produce reports
Ability to multitask
The ability to travel occasionally
