About the role
- Brillio is seeking a Senior Software Development Lead to design and develop enterprise PEGA applications.
- The role involves configuring and optimizing workflows, case management, and business rules within the PEGA platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise PEGA applications following PEGA best practices to ensure robust and scalable solutions
- Configure and optimize workflows, case management, and business rules within the PEGA platform
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and APIs
- Conduct unit testing and support system integration and user acceptance testing activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver end-to-end PEGA solutions
- Maintain comprehensive application documentation and technical specifications
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and adherence to security standards
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in PEGA PRPC and PEGA Platform
- Strong expertise in workflow automation and business process management (BPM)
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Proficient in SQL and database concepts
- Hands-on experience with MQ and Kafka for messaging and integration
- Background processing and file listener configuration in PEGA
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing
- Experience with PEGA application troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
- PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Preferred qualifications
- CSA or CSSA PEGA certification
- Experience in healthcare, banking, or insurance domains
- Exposure to DevOps tools for PEGA deployment
- Knowledge of Java for custom integration
- Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and practices
