Significant experience building web-based applications in a modern stack.
Proven ability to design and operate web architecture at scale, specifically with systems handling significant request volumes.
Demonstrated ownership of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with 'NoSQL' backends such as Redis, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch.
A commitment to software craft, with a pride in writing readable, well-designed, and thoroughly tested code.
Strong collaborative leadership skills, with a track record of guiding implementation choices and supporting the personal growth of teammates.
