About the role
- Brillio is seeking a Senior Tech Specialist, Automation Solutions to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise automation solutions.
- The candidate will improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort by leveraging hands-on expertise in the UiPath platform and Systems Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
- Build and maintain attended and unattended bots, reusable components, and automation frameworks.
- Analyze business and IT processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Integrate UiPath workflows with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize bot efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and application teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and development standards.
- Support automation platform upgrades, enhancements, and production deployments.
- Mentor junior team members and promote automation best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Automation, or related domains.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, and AI Center.
- Experience with process analysis, workflow development, and automation lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, C#, or .NET technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, and application integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI-driven automation.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support environments.
- Relevant UiPath certifications preferred.
