About the role
- The Senior Technical Consultant provides post-sale technical expertise during the installation, implementation, and maintenance of Reltio products. This role involves analyzing user needs, supporting software solutions at scale, and resolving complex customer technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
- Support, enhance, and fix solutions supporting a rapidly growing business at scale.
- Research and develop solutions for customer support cases using product knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Confer with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and define project requirements.
- Provide input on product and service enhancement requests to Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
- Consult with customers regarding software system design and maintenance.
- Resolve customer technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
- Provide post-sale technical expertise during the installation, implementation, and maintenance of Reltio products.
- Provide detailed customer installation requirements and ensure product functionality meets specifications.
- Disseminate technical information on specific applications to sales staff and customer personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations, Management, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Language, Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Demonstrated experience developing Master Data Management (MDM) software with several full life cycle implementations.
- Experience configuring and validating Comparator, Match tokens, Match & Merge setup, and survivorship rules in MDM.
- Experience using ETL tools.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure concepts.
- Experience with programming, analysis, and design using Java, Python, or SQL.
- Experience with data modeling.
- Experience with SQS or other messaging systems such as JMS.
