About the role
- The HR Technology organization is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to enable the efficient delivery of technology solutions and support strategic transformation.
- The role involves owning complex, cross-functional efforts and partnering with stakeholders across Human Resources, Legal, and Finance to execute product vision and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute and improve processes and tools for HR Technology delivery teams.
- Drive coordination between product development teams and internal stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and plan release roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate risks to team delivery.
- Own data regarding the health of project and ticket backlogs.
- Determine when projects require hands-on management versus process framework development.
- Promote continuous improvement through team retrospectives.
- Recognize patterns in information to take appropriate action.
- Gain technical knowledge to manage complexities, dependencies, and risks of HR technology projects.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in an PMO and/or engineering organization.
- Experience managing HR-related technical programs end-to-end.
- Experience working with engineering teams using agile delivery techniques.
- Proficiency in HR-related processes including Talent Management, Learning and Development, Core HCM, and Benefits/Compensation.
- Ability to maintain a strategic view of engineering processes while optimizing team operations.
- Skilled at communicating across diverse sets of engineers and stakeholders.
- Hyper-organized with experience managing data associated with technical programs and task-tracking.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and program management best practices.
- Training in project tracking software such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and GSuite.
- Candidates must be based in Gurugram.
