The Product and Engineering team in the Cloud Native Business Unit is looking to bring on a Senior Technical Program Manager to join a team of TPMs focused on driving complex and cross-cutting initiatives.
Drive complex and cross-cutting initiatives and programs to meet top objectives and key results to delight customers.

Take charge using technical leadership and program management skills to drive execution with high quality for key initiatives.
Establish best practices, collaborate across multiple business units, and manage dependencies and deliverables for multiple programs.
Work with a global team of software engineers who develop new features and capabilities with a rapid rate of change.
Drive multiple parallel product releases in a fast-paced environment.
Drive content, schedule, and overall delivery of the program for overall Go-To-Market readiness and New Product Introduction.
Set goals for the program, track and periodically communicate to stakeholders as well as executive leadership.
Ensure corrective actions and risk mitigations are in place as needed to keep programs and releases on track.
Be the single point person for delivery decisions, executive and cross-team communication, and working with various functional groups to deliver the program.
Optimize team processes to improve quality, productivity, responsiveness to feedback, and changing priorities.
Work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) leading product delivery teams for enterprise commercial software organizations.
Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial software releases in a dynamic environment.
Proven ability for this release TPM to develop and use Agentic AI in their day-to-day job.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical, cross-functional groups.
Advanced understanding and extensive use of Jira Cloud in software development program management and release management.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Big picture thinker providing clarity on objectives, understanding business objectives, and driving outcomes.
Capabilities to identify and recommend process changes that enable faster time to market while driving organizational consistency and efficiency.
Solid knowledge of end-to-end SDLC best practices.
Experience in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, including investigation, design, planning, execution, delivering products on schedule, and addressing customer feedback.

Primarily an in-office environment.
