We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help scale Money Domain by leading important engineering wide initiatives.

Drive Money Domain’s Most Strategic Programs by partnering closely with Engineering and Product leadership, Strategy & Operations, and cross-functional teams.
Lead Complex Cross-Organization Execution across consumer, merchant, courier, order and enterprise domains, payment processing, payouts, fraud and risk, regulatory compliance, accounting, financial data and platform infrastructure.
Bring Technical Depth and Systems Thinking by engaging in technical designs, identifying scaling and reliability risks, and helping teams make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Turn Ambiguity into Strategy and Action by truth-seeking across technical and business inputs, framing the problem, and creating an execution path.
Connect Engineering Execution to Business Outcomes by using context on merchant, partner, customer, and economic outcomes to guide prioritization and execution.

Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline.
5+ years recent experience as a Technical Programme Manager at a technology/ FinTech company, in Financial Systems.
Experience in large-scale distributed systems and system architecture.
Experience working directly with engineering teams on product development, with a thorough understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs.
Project planning and execution skills that include reviewing technical design documents, estimating, and scheduling.
