About the role
- The Server is responsible for educating members and guests on menu items and allergies while delivering an elevated dining experience.
- This role involves collaborating with FOH and BOH staff to ensure seamless service, accurate order entry, and high guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
- Elevate the dining experience by suggesting food and drink pairings and discussing specials.
- Communicate allergies or potential risks to Management and the Executive Chef.
- Complete end-of-shift check-out reports for management review.
- Adhere to health, safety, and company policies.
- Ensure food orders are correctly plated and coursed before service.
- Assist runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
- Clean and stock server alley and bar areas, including polishing silverware and glassware.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the menu to provide informed suggestions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Must be hospitable, approachable, and passionate about customer service.
- Demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Tips certified.
- POS knowledge.
- Must be able to lift, pull, or carry at least 20 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods.
