About the role
- The Social Media Coordinator will manage Slice's daily presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok by publishing content and engaging with the community.
- This part-time role involves executing a pre-set content calendar, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering relationships with pizzeria partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Publish 1 to 2 posts per day across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using the existing content library.
- Adapt content for specific platform requirements.
- Follow the established content calendar and creative direction set by the marketing team.
- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across all channels in the brand's voice.
- Build and nurture the community by engaging with pizzerias, customers, and fans.
- Track and report on basic engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and follower growth.
- Identify trends, sounds, and formats to suggest to the content team.
- Coordinate light community activations including contests, giveaways, and shoutouts.
Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years of experience managing social media or community for a brand, agency, or in-house.
- Genuine familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms and an understanding of performance drivers.
- Strong, adaptable writing skills capable of switching tones between captions, comments, and DMs.
- Reliable and responsive with the ability to own a daily posting cadence.
- Ability to take creative direction and execute consistently.
- Comfortable using basic social scheduling and analytics tools like Meta Business Suite or TikTok analytics.
