Tower Research Capital is seeking a Software Engineer for a C++ Graduate Opportunity in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Engineers at Tower develop electronic trading infrastructure at a world-class level and solve challenging problems in low-latency programming, FPGA technology, hardware acceleration, and machine learning.

Designing and implementing a high-frequency trading platform, including collecting quotes and trades from and disseminating orders to exchanges around the world
Optimizing our platform using network and systems programming, as well as other advanced techniques to minimize latency
Developing systems that provide optimal access to live market data, historical market data, and trading simulations
Creating tools to analyze data for patterns
Building risk-management and performance-tracking tools

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Prior internship experience with C++ development, preferably in a trading environment
A strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++
Knowledge of high-throughput systems
Brilliant problem-solving abilities
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Good understanding of Linux operating system and Networking (TCP/IP and UDP) is a plus
Knowledge of Python and shell scripting is a plus
