Automate database provisioning and fleet operations to support scaling.

Production relational database experience (e.g., Postgres or MySQL) beyond ORM usage.
10+ years of experience building and operating production software.
Track record of setting technical direction and leading complex, cross-team initiatives.
Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including handling concurrency, retries, and consistency.
Systematic approach to performance using query plans, traces, and profiles.
Product judgment to turn customer problems into technical solutions.
Willingness to work across the stack, including client code.
