Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, goals, and core value drivers.
- Translate complex customer requirements into high-level future-state architecture and implementation roadmaps.
- Deliver customized software demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for audiences ranging from front-line staff to C-level executives.
- Address technical objections and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to accelerate deal closures.
Requirements
- Understanding of cloud computing, cPaaS, and AI.
- Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, interpersonal, and consensus-building capabilities.
- Curiosity regarding technology and a willingness to learn new technology.
