Shape the experience strategy for Spotify's conversational agent in partnership with product, engineering, and data teams.
Lead end-to-end product design for the core chat experience from exploration through delivery.
Define interaction models for how the agent responds, asks questions, and offers choices.
Integrate conversational features into existing surfaces like Home and Now Playing.
Design voice and text interactions for diverse contexts including hands-free and in-car listening.
Create reusable interaction patterns and design guidance for cross-team implementation.
Partner with research and data science teams to evaluate and improve product experiences.
Build interactive prototypes to test assumptions and communicate complex AI behaviors.
Mentor designers and foster a collaborative team culture.

Experience leading product design for complex digital products and shaping design strategy.
Experience working on conversational, voice, or AI-powered experiences.
Strong interaction and visual design skills across mobile, voice, and connected devices.
Ability to perform hands-on design and prototyping using AI-enabled tools.
