About the role
- Threat Tec is hiring Support Staff Analysts across OPFOR Work Areas Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta.
- The role involves planning, executing, and assessing OPFOR operations during MCTP events.
- Analysts will integrate maneuver and enabling functions, maintain the OPFOR common operational picture, and deliver realistic, adaptive opposition.
Responsibilities
- Assist WA leads with OPFOR planning, synchronization, and battle tracking.
- Develop inputs to OPORDs and FRAGOs.
- Develop inputs for reporting.
- Create and manage control measures, OOB updates, and event injects within WARSIM/JLCCTC and EXCON tools.
- Coordinate with WSCs.
- Replicate staff processes that challenge training audiences across warfighting functions and echelons.
- Capture observations and data to support AARs and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- 3+ years of staff experience at brigade/division level in operations, plans, intel, fires, sustainment, or protection.
- Familiarity with decisive action scenarios.
- Familiarity with Army/Joint planning processes (MDMP/JOPP).
- Technical aptitude with constructive simulations or ability to be a rapid learner.
- MOS/FA backgrounds spanning maneuver and enabling warfighting functions.
