Demonstrated experience leveraging creative sourcing techniques and a personalized approach to courting passive, world-class talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Track record of providing an authentic, meaningful, and high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
Entrepreneurial minded, inherently self-motivated, and a relentless work ethic with a track record of exceeding performance goals and recruiting KPIs.
