About the role
- The Test Site Operations Associate supports the Test and Evaluation team across product lines, flight operations, and test range management.
- This role involves assisting with engineering activities, maintaining equipment inventory, and providing on-site operational support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist test engineers with operational tasks during engineering activities.
- Oversee deployment and demonstration inventory, ensuring equipment quality and maintaining stock levels.
- Provide support for on-site vehicle maintenance.
- Support operations as a visual observer.
- Assist the site lead with equipment upkeep and site cleanliness.
- Travel between test sites as required by testing needs and team priorities.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 certificate.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours.
- Excellent customer service aptitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead without support.
- GED or higher.
- Subject to pre-employment and randomized substance screening.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience handling LiPO/LiON batteries.
- Fire safety training.
- First Aid certification.
