The AI Video Editor/Motion Graphic designer will use AI generation and editing tools as the primary means of producing gameplay hooks, ad variants, and motion graphic overlays.
This role focuses on high-volume, fast-iteration video production where AI handles the bulk of asset creation, requiring the editor to concentrate on direction, timing, and sync.
The position involves proactive exploration of new AI models and the development of reusable workflows to scale creative output.

Use AI tools for producing gameplay hooks, ad variants, and motion graphic overlays.
Transform app user flows and creative briefs into video ads using AI for VFX, voice, captions, and style.
Combine AI-generated assets with footage, typography, and sound into final cuts.
Proactively test, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and models for video, voice, and motion generation.
Build and document reusable AI workflows and prompt templates.
Refine prompting and pipeline steps to reduce turnaround time while maintaining visual identity.
Produce a high volume of video variants to support fast A/B testing.
Maintain consistent quality by identifying and fixing AI artifacts or off-brand results.
Collaborate with Creative Strategists and UA teams to iterate based on performance signals.
Share tool findings and workflow improvements to increase team AI fluency.

Hands-on experience with AI video/motion generation tools such as Seedance, Higgfields, ComfyUI, Runway, Pika, Kling, or Luma.
Experience with AI editing copilots for auto-cut, auto-rotoscope, and auto-captioning.
Strong prompt engineering skills for video, image, and motion generation.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci, or Final Cut for assembly and polish.
Working knowledge of AI voice/audio tools and AI upscaling/style-transfer tools.
Solid motion graphics fundamentals including timing, easing, typography, and layout.
Ability to build and maintain lightweight reusable workflows and prompt libraries.
Strong quality judgment to identify and fix AI hallucinations and inconsistencies.
Ability to operate under high-volume, fast-iteration cycles.
