About the role
- Our amazing consulting team is looking forward to collaborating with a 'people first' Shreditor in our growing APAC market.
- As a Shreditor (Shooter + Editor), you are a hybrid creative who can both capture and craft content from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (likes, comments, shares, views, retention).
- Shoot and edit compelling, platform-native content across social channels.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring assets are optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, video formats, platform updates, and editing techniques to ensure work remains fresh, culturally relevant, and competitive in-feed.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines.
- Attend creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing meaningful ideas and supporting performance-driven strategy.
- Mentor Creators and Creator Residents — and in some cases Art Directors and Copywriters — across the agency.
- Guide best practices in ideation and execution under the leadership of your A/CD.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for creating content across a spectrum of platforms
- Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably within advertising, digital media, or a related field
- Solid understanding of video production fundamentals, including lighting, framing, and audio capture
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Strong end-to-end content creation capabilities — from concepting and shooting to editing and final delivery — with a passion for video and motion design
- Responsible, accountable, and a self-starter who demonstrates initiative
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive positive results
