About the role
- MongoDB is seeking an executive public-sector leader to build the next phase of growth across Federal civilian and Defense.

- Lead and develop the Regional Directors and their sales teams, together with dedicated Finance, Sales Operations, Product, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success resources.
- Build an increasingly autonomous, high-performing public-sector entity by setting its governance, resource priorities, operating cadence, and talent systems.
- Integrate Clarity's people and federal services capabilities into the public-sector business and align strategy, leadership, accountability, customer engagement, delivery, and partner motions.
- Grow strategic Federal civilian relationships and expand MongoDB's position in Defense by building trust with Department of Defense and other mission stakeholders.
- Build and scale a partner ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on systems integrators alongside resellers and other strategic partners.
- Translate Atlas for Government's achieved FedRAMP Certified - Class D status into a clear, accurate field and customer strategy.
Requirements
