Run open-order analysis against allocation plans and available inventory using SAP.
Flag at-risk arrival dates and in-transit issues.
Complete shipping plans during peak periods in partnership with Logistics and Replenishment.
Follow established account management procedures and retail guidelines.
Assist with deduction research in support of the Compliance Analyst.
Provide occasional evening and weekend coverage during month/quarter-end close.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant domain.
1–3 years of account management, customer service, or order management experience.
Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with high detail accuracy.
Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ in Boston, MA once opened.
Interim onsite requirement Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or temporary Boston location.
