About the role
- Mobius is seeking an Advanced Test Engineer to provide direct engineering support to the government’s Technical Director for Test.
- The role involves assisting with the integration and execution of complex flight, ground, and cyber tests and the overall test program.
Responsibilities
- Utilize engineering techniques with a hands-on approach to multiple high-visibility projects.
- Deliver solutions to MDA’s technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced solutions.
- Provide technical expertise to address complex, unique issues for Department of War missions.
- Support range safety and feasibility assessments, system integration, and interface issues.
- Support engagements with external Department stakeholders during test planning, readiness, and execution.
- Work independently or lead teams to solve test planning, integration, execution, and analysis problems.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret / SCI-eligible clearance.
- Demonstrated DoW testing experience.
- Ability to identify gaps with integration activities and develop technical recommendations.
- Experience leading and executing test engineering support on complex weapon systems programs.
- In-depth technical and theoretical DoD knowledge of developmental and operational testing.
- Proficiency in analyzing and integrating complex data to develop courses of action for senior leadership.
- Ability to apply process improvement and strategic planning skills.
- Master of Science in an engineering field with 10 years of experience, or Bachelor of Science in an engineering field with 15 years of experience.
