About the role
- The AI Outbound Marketing Manager will own the optimization and scaling of outbound campaigns after they go live.
- This role focuses on refreshing copy, experimenting with new hooks, and ensuring automated email and LinkedIn sequences remain high-performing and valuable.
- The position requires a blend of creative copywriting and analytical rigor to improve conversion rates and institutionalize learnings across the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop iterative experimentation methodology sprints to improve campaign quality.
- Co-own email and LinkedIn sequences, including refreshing content and preventing fatigue.
- Optimize copy and tune the Twain prompt library to ensure personalized, human-like output at volume.
- Perform QA and analysis on automated motion to identify and act on performance trends.
- Integrate proof points, product launches, and data from Sales, PMM, and Content into active sequences.
- Co-own program-level physical touches such as gifting and event invitations.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS outbound marketing, demand gen, or growth, or significant experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR/AE).
- Proven track record of personally writing and optimizing cold email or LinkedIn sequences.
- Ability to read performance data and draw conclusions without relying on an analyst.
- Experience working in sequencing or sales engagement tools.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to compress workflows, research, or draft content.
- Must have in-house B2B SaaS experience (not agency or brand-side).
- Must have personally written and shipped sequences rather than just briefing them.
