The AI Product Manager will drive transformation delivery and operationalize Agentic AI capabilities to support business analysis, project management, and IT management activities.
This role involves identifying high-value AI use cases, designing workflows, and institutionalizing AI-powered playbooks to improve transformation processes.

Manage end-to-end transformation delivery in collaboration with Business Analysts, Project Managers, PMO, and IT Managers.
Drive Agile transformation and act as an Agile practitioner/coach to establish scalable, outcome-focused delivery practices.
Build and operationalize Agentic AI capabilities for transformation functions.
Design and write Claude-style skills, agent instructions, workflows, and reusable agent capabilities.
Identify and incubate high-value AI use cases to automate and augment transformation activities.
Improve processes related to requirements, planning, RAID management, governance, reporting, testing, documentation, and decision support.
Create and institutionalize AI-powered playbooks by assessing existing departmental playbooks and designing new workflows.

8+ years of experience.
Strong hands-on experience managing delivery through Jira and Confluence.
Experience with Agile ways of working.
Experience in transformation type delivery end-to-end.
Ability to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and establish scalable delivery practices.
Immediate or within 30 days notice period.
