About the role
- Krafton is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Specialist for the AI Transformation Department to integrate fragmented company-wide data and design optimal data structures and architectures for AI applications such as LLMs and AI Agents.
- The role involves defining domain-specific data management and utilization frameworks, establishing data governance criteria, and accelerating workflow automation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze domain-specific raw data and business processes, and lead the design of Ontology structures for AI (LLM, AI Agent) utilization while creating and managing Ontology design documents.
- Establish core business terminology (Glossary), metric definitions, data ownership, and access control criteria in collaboration with business units, formalizing them into governance standard documents.
- Analyze raw data for consistency, completeness, and duplication, and derive improvement measures to reflect in Ontology design and data construction.
- Interview practitioners in assigned departments and analyze business data to design and build data models (table structures, relationships, hierarchies) tailored to actual query and analysis scenarios, while continuously improving them.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in data analysis, BI, or data modeling (including both data engineering and data analyst experience).
- Proficiency in SQL to independently explore and analyze raw data to understand structures.
- Experience deeply understanding specific business domain data and processes, communicating with business units, structuring requirements, and designing data models and metric systems.
- Direct planning and execution experience in data modeling (table design, normalization, relationship definition, etc.).
- Strong willingness to quickly learn new concepts (Ontology, Semantic Layer, etc.) and apply them to practical work.
- No disqualifications for overseas travel.
