About the role
- As an AI Lead Developer at Valtech, you will push the boundaries of experience innovation by building next-generation AI and LLM-based systems.
- You will work at the intersection of technology, creativity, and data to transform industries for global brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop frontend applications using ReactJS and Next.js.
- Engineer backend services using Python (FastAPI) with NodeJS or NestJS.
- Build AI and LLM-based systems including embeddings, intelligent analysis, and private or offline AI setups.
- Implement similarity search and RAG-based solutions using vector databases like OpenSearch or Chroma.
- Perform model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and hallucination reduction.
- Manage structured and unstructured data using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms like Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO.
- Analyze data to build KPIs and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python.
- Manage Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-grade system design.
- Translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience.
- Experience with AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines.
- Exposure to private or offline AI setups, including local LLM deployments.
- Strong backend experience using Python with FastAPI.
- Frontend exposure using ReactJS / Next.js.
- Understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO.
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and insights using SQL and Python.
- Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Ability to explain complex AI and technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.
