Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
Manage and track the performance of artist YouTube channels.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide development solutions for labels and artists.
Propose recommendations for artist social media management and content creation.
Analyze agency recommendations and suggest profiles for influencer campaigns.
Draft communications and create visual/video assets for campaigns.
Manage promotional schedules and provide administrative and logistical support.
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor music market trends.

Currently enrolled in a business, communication, or marketing program (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
Passionate about music with a strong interest in marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity, initiative, and ability to propose new ideas.
Proficiency in digital tools, social media, and streaming platforms.
Strong writing skills.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) and analytics software (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
