The Member Loyalty Representative is responsible for creating a rewarding member service experience through in-store interactions and community outreach.

Welcome members and provide quality service.
Process transactions while following company policies and protecting member information.
Exceed daily goals in lending and servicing activities.
Conduct outreach efforts at local businesses, flea markets, and community events more than 50% of the time.
Engage with people at and around retail locations to encourage store visits and assist with applications.
Use iPads and QR codes to assist potential members with new applications.
Perform light housekeeping tasks including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning.
Use a computer for administrative tasks and member servicing.
Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance.
Support community outreach and marketing events by distributing flyers.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Must be available to work weekends and maintain a flexible, rotating schedule.
Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment like phones, scanners, and iPads.
Ability to organize and file paper documents.
