The Business Analyst III is an integral part of the GHX Solution Engineering team, partnering with field sales representatives and Solution Engineers to support the sales process.
This role acts as a Subject Matter Expert, processing and analyzing complex data sets including item masters, purchase order histories, and vendor masters.
The position reports to the VP of Solution Engineering and drives strategic enhancements to data assessments and reporting tools.

Manage the full process of the Supply Chain Health Assessment and other assessment data.
Partner with Enterprise Business Intelligence, Product, Development, and Sales teams to improve assessment tools and client-facing presentations.
Design and streamline internal reporting for presales activities.
Review data profiles and create assessments that drive efficiency based on client-specific needs.
Build and maintain knowledge of industry, regulatory, and product trends.
Partner with Product leadership on the long-term roadmap of assessment tools.
Identify new data and analytics capabilities to support sales strategy.
Prioritize competing requests across Sales, Product, and Development with autonomy.
Serve as a resource for complex or ambiguous data.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a technical field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of Supply Chain experience (or Supply Chain experience with an MBA/advanced degree).
Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
Experience with various ERP and/or EMR systems.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite with ability to format and analyze large data sets.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches.
Professional written communication skills for emails, RFPs, and reports.
Ability to speak publicly in large and high-visibility forums.
Willingness to travel up to 5%.
