About the role
- Join Capco's Global Internal Applications team and play a key role in supporting the technology that enables our global business.
- Provide functional and technical support for enterprise HR and Finance applications used by colleagues around the world.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for Capco's HR, Finance, and related enterprise business applications.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
- Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing administration of new and existing business applications.
- Monitor integrations, interfaces, and business processes across HR and Finance systems.
- Create and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and user support materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in global projects, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer support to users across multiple regions and time zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications, particularly within HR, Finance, ERP, or HRIS environments.
- Experience troubleshooting application issues and working with business users to resolve technical and functional problems.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, Microsoft Office, and application support best practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse Recruiting, APDATA or other HR platforms.
- Experience with Finance applications or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of HRIS, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within a global or multinational organization.
