Drive BI process automation and scale workflows using Python, SQL, and AI-assisted coding tools.

Participate in the development and refinement of Customer Experience (CX) BI frameworks, bringing AI-driven insights into initiative design and ongoing improvements.
Work closely with IT, engineering, and business teams through regular planning meetings to ensure BI and AI-enabled solutions are integrated and scalable.
Apply AI/ML techniques and AI-powered features within BI tools to enhance data analysis, uncover trends, and automate insight generation.

4+ years of data analytics or BI experience, including using AI tools to boost analytics productivity.
Proficiency in developing interactive dashboards and visuals in Tableau.
Proficiency in managing and integrating data using Snowflake / Snowflake Cortex.
Expertise in SQL and Python for automating, scaling, and optimizing BI workflows.
Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical work experience.
Hands-on use of AI tools for analytics, reporting, or automation.
Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / Google Slides.
Demonstrated ability to communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of managing multiple analytics projects simultaneously, delivering work on time, and maintaining data quality and accuracy.
