Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders to define and implement strategy across all Notion products.
Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems by defining hypotheses and building detailed business cases and quantitative models.
Work with cross-functional leaders to define and manage key drivers of business performance.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of competitive positioning by assessing peer businesses.
Analyze Notion customers and the broader market landscape to uncover actionable insights.
Create scalable solutions that balance broad vision with practical operational demands.

5+ years of strategy experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or a related field.
Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills.
Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
Genuine enthusiasm for and proficiency with AI tools.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools such as Notion AI, Claude, or ChatGPT.
Data self-sufficiency, including working knowledge of SQL and the ability to synthesize data without outside support.
Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.

Role is based in San Francisco, CA.
Employees work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).
