About the role
- The Content Execution Coordinator works within the Product Development Content Delivery Team to manage core site content.
- The role involves preparing, updating, and verifying content prior to the launch of projects or new product features across Betsson Group sites.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute content updates for new site launches, new markets, site migrations, and new product features.
- Coordinate translations and upload content to the Content Management System.
- Upload game thumbnails for Betsson Group brands.
- Test content prior to release to ensure correct display on site.
- Coordinate proofreading with different stakeholders.
- Communicate and document work status to relevant project managers.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Provide support and training to team members, colleagues, and collaborators.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across the company.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to spot errors and discrepancies on a site.
- Ability to deliver tasks within short deadlines to a high standard.
- Ability to maintain motivation during repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in the iGaming industry, including knowledge of different jurisdictions.
- Knowledge of JIRA.
- Knowledge of Confluence.
- Knowledge of CMS tools.
- Experience using Smartling.
