The TechOps team owns the systems, tools, and infrastructure that every Plaid employee depends on, treating corporate infrastructure like an engineering problem.
This position involves taking part in an on-call rotation while building, improving, and owning systems that a thousand-person company depends on using infrastructure as code and automation-first thinking.

Own and improve Okta configuration, including lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and Workflows automation
Manage endpoint configuration via Iru or Kandji, with a preference for policy-as-code and version-controlled configurations
Build and maintain automation that reduces repetitive support burden
Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling that improves team and company productivity
Manage SaaS procurement and renewals for the systems the team owns
Actively own and support company-wide SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta
Partner with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams on planned work that crosses into the team's systems or areas of expertise
Work from the office 3 days per week

3+ years of experience supporting a large fleet of macOS devices
Experience with mobile device management for Apple devices such as Iru, Intune, or Workspace One
Experience with configuration as code, such as Terraform
Experience with Bash or Python scripting
Experience leveraging Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions you build
Experience using and managing major central business and development systems
Experience with Google Workspace
Experience with Slack
Experience with Linear, Jira, or other ticketing platforms

Experience working in a high-growth environment with broad ownership across internal systems
