About the role
- Betson Group is seeking a detail-oriented creative designer to join their Brand and Creative Team.
- This role involves creating graphics, animations, and visual assets across multiple markets and platforms.
- The position requires working in a hybrid model based in Bogotá.
Responsibilities
- Creating high-quality graphics, animations, and visual assets for different markets and platforms.
- Designing key visuals and static assets that translate effectively into motion pieces.
- Delivering high-quality, aesthetically strong designs and animations aligned with brand guidelines.
- Applying design and motion effectively across the full media landscape (social, ads, video platforms, etc.).
- Working with industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other relevant software.
- Editing video pieces with strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
Requirements
- Strong and up-to-date portfolio/reel showcasing both static and design work (mandatory)
- Proficiency in motion and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
- English is a must
- Based in Bogotá
Preferred qualifications
- Leveraging AI tools for content creation, animation, and workflow optimization (considered a strong plus).
- Experience with AI-based creative tools is a plus.
