About the role
- The Data Curation Associate will curate and maintain place datasets essential for Lyft's operations and decision-making.
- The role involves analyzing search queries and data to identify, fix, or report issues while adhering to established policies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze search-related issues and select the most relevant resolution following workflows and policies.
- Review and correct large volumes of data while documenting issues for analysis.
- Escalate issues effectively to relevant internal teams.
- Perform deep dives and root cause analysis.
- Prepare and argument collected data for the engineering team.
- Work with mapping tools with high accuracy in accordance with guidelines.
- Utilize Google Suite products including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high concentration and sustained attention to detail.
- General understanding of traffic regulations and mapping fundamentals.
- Proven experience working with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace products and learning new processes, systems, and tools.
- Must live and work in Ukraine.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience analyzing failed user sessions.
- General experience working with repetitive tasks or data analysis.
- Experience mentoring or sharing knowledge with the team.
- Background in mapping, cartography, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Jira.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
