About the role
- The Deployment Strategist works within a cross-functional team of engineers and go-to-market professionals to deploy the ElevenAgents enterprise AI platform.
- This role involves identifying high-impact use cases, managing end-to-end customer deals, and guiding clients through the implementation of AI agent workflows.
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to identify AI transformation goals and operational pain points.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end, from use case identification to structuring commercial terms and closing.
- Embed within strategic customer teams to own delivery outcomes and act as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring high-impact use cases to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.
- Scope potential applications in new industries to expand AI solutions globally.
- Present results and future proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Feed field insights back to Research teams to influence platform and model roadmaps.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology.
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
- Commercial instinct for structuring value propositions and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments and industries.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.
