About the role
- We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to own the planning, forecasting, and operational infrastructure behind our Success organization.
- You will help our Client Strategy and Enterprise teams retain brands, deepen product adoption, and grow subscription and performance revenue across the existing customer base.
- Working directly with our Revenue Operations leader and closely with Success leadership, you will turn company priorities into goals, compensation plans, and practical ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly Success planning by turning revenue objectives into goals by segment, team, and account, and build models connecting retention, adoption, spend, and capacity.
- Own the Success forecast across renewals, expansion, churn, and performance products, including Opportunities and Spotlights, standardize MRR and NRR definitions, run forecast reviews, and track accuracy.
- Design and manage Success compensation plans with Finance and People by setting measures, weightings, thresholds, and accelerators, modeling costs, and owning rollout, documentation, and payout accuracy.
- Build balanced books across SMB, Growth, and Enterprise, owning coverage, rebalancing, and hiring/capacity models.
- Standardize the process from Sales-to-Success handoff through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion, turning risk and growth signals into action and operationalizing pricing and packaging changes.
- Own the Success systems roadmap with the Salesforce and Data teams, build dashboards and planning tools, use automation and AI to cut manual work, and set metric definitions teams trust.
- Act as Success's primary operational partner by turning strategic questions into recommendations, running business reviews, and leading cross-functional initiatives end to end.

- Are a strong modeler, comfortable in spreadsheets, Salesforce, and BI tools
- Have built processes customer-facing teams actually use, and can influence across Success, Sales, Finance, Product, and technical teams
- Communicate clearly with executives and ICs, and enjoy moving between strategy and execution
- NYC-based or willing to relocate before start date
