About the role
- Lambda is seeking an Employee Engagement Program Manager to own and improve employee-facing content end to end.
- This hybrid role bridges technical writing and program management, requiring you to audit, write, design, edit, organize, and measure resources.
- You will bring order to scattered information and ensure employee guides, policies, and FAQs are accurate, easy to find, and consistent in tone.
Responsibilities
- Audit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies.
- Write and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos.
- Set consistent tone, voice, and format across content.
- Organize content so employees can find answers.
- Fix pages and processes when something isn't working.
- Track usage and feedback to see what’s working and what isn’t.
- Coordinate with HR, Talent, on shared content.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in writing, content, or program coordination.
- Strong, clear, creative writing and editing skills.
- Comfort building style guides and content standards.
- A sharp eye for content that’s outdated or hard to find.
- Comfort tracking metrics like page views, clicks, comments, reactions.
Preferred qualifications
- experience with Notion, Confluence, Wikis
