About the role
- The Social Media intern will support the team in understanding client objectives and aligning content creation with social media goals.
- This role involves establishing visual and textual communication, managing content calendars, and analyzing social media strategies.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer service and relationship management across digital channels.
- Respond to community interactions, answer questions, and guide users.
- Support the scheduling and publication of content to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor community interactions and sentiment to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support operational project management by tracking workflows and deadlines.
- Collect, organize, and check data related to social media actions.
- Act as a liaison between different audiences and the internal team.
- Update data and assist in the construction of routine reports.
- Follow team routines to develop knowledge in strategy, metrics, and community management.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice.
- Impeccable Portuguese with clear writing and attention to grammar.
- Empathetic and patient profile with ease in relating to different audiences.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and discipline for routines and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, Reels, and TikTok.
- Interest in social media, digital communities, and content creators.
- Collaborative and proactive profile with a willingness to learn.
