- The Fleet Coordinator manages Christ Fellowship Church vehicles and equipment to ensure they are maintained, safe, and operational.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate, transport, maintain, and repair vehicles and equipment including vans, trucks, golf carts, trailers, and generators.
- Develop and manage vehicle inspection, maintenance, and repair programs.
- Diagnose malfunctions and safety issues.
- Maintain detailed records and communicate with staff and supervisors.
- Facilitate maintenance and repairs with vendors.
- Navigate computer and mobile applications including Gmail, work order systems, and Concur expense reports.
- Assist in training employees on safe vehicle and equipment operation.
- Logistically support large campus events.
- Support and enforce OSHA rules and church health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of vehicle and equipment operation, maintenance, and repair
- Clean driving record
- FL State driver’s license
- Calendar management skills
- Computer skills including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
Preferred qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience managing fleet, equipment, and/or facilities
- CDL
