Partner with multiple teams at executive level and become part of their regular planning and decision-making cadence
Help leadership define what success looks like over the next 12 to 24 months and translate strategic priorities into clear financial and operational measures
Own the planning cadence across the annual plan, monthly updates, and rolling forecast, using it to test whether we are on the right path and where we need to adjust
Build a view on how team growth, investment, productivity, capacity, and execution support long-term business growth
Challenge assumptions, build scenarios, and help leadership make better choices on where to scale, where to improve efficiency, and where to change direction

8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, finance business partnering, consulting, or a similar role
Experience working directly with senior executives and comfort challenging thinking and influencing important decisions
Ability to connect long-term business ambition to financial and operational outcomes, even where there is no obvious KPI or established framework
Strength in planning, financial modelling, and scenario analysis, always starting with the business question and the decision that needs to be made
Curious, pragmatic, independent, low ego, and able to bring structure to complex questions where the answer is not obvious
