About the role
- The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse or distribution center.
- This is a seasonal role scheduled to work through December 2026, with the possibility to convert to full-time employment after the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.
- Read production schedules, customer orders, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved or distributed.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
- Use equipment such as an RF Gun to find and pick products for orders.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders, restock facilities, and follow inventory guidelines.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on pallets or shelves.
- Inspect products for defects prior to packing for shipping.
- Enter and maintain inventory records in the computer.
- Prepare parcels for mailing.
- Clean warehouse area and perform routine housekeeping.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Minimum 1 to 3 months of related experience.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to perform operations using units of American currency, weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to complete duties with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Ability to multitask.
- General computer knowledge.
