As the first G&A Recruiter, you'll be owning full-cycle hiring for our Finance, HR, Legal, and Recruiting teams.
You'll work directly with each function's leaders to decide who to hire and then run the search from start to finish.

Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles across Finance, HR, Legal, and Recruiting
Build scalable sourcing engines across outbound, referrals, and talent communities to keep the top of funnel humming
Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategy for each function, including role scoping, leveling, sequencing of hires, and where to find the right talent
Define scorecards, interview loops, and tight SLAs for every search, and build them from scratch where nothing exists yet
Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our mission and pace
Instrument the funnel through ATS hygiene, conversion dashboards, and channel ROI, and iterate quickly on what works

Experience hiring Finance, HR, Legal, and Recruiting talent at fast-growing startups, ideally based in NYC
A full-cycle closer, from writing the job description to negotiating and signing the offer
Creative sourcer with a real network and the persistence to build one where it does not exist
Data and process minded, tracking time to fill and source yield, and knowing how to unblock bottlenecks
High-agency and persuasive, comfortable being the first in the seat and setting up process, standards, and relationships from scratch while pushing for speed without sacrificing quality
Experienced with AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows, and knows how to apply them to sourcing, outreach, and candidate evaluation
