The Hunter Douglas Global Management Trainee Program is a 10-month comprehensive Leadership Development program sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team.
It provides a holistic view of the business through onboarding, field training rotations, leadership training, and an individual project.
Successful completion leads to final placement into a full-time role within areas such as Sales, Operations, Product, or Functional.

Participate in three weeks of onboarding, beginning with one week at your local hub followed by a Global Induction at HQ.
Complete five months of Field Training rotating through key areas of the value chain including Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service.
Actively participate in daily operations and project work during each rotation.
Complete one week of Leadership and Methodology training to foster a system-thinking approach.
Undertake a four-month individual project delivering tangible and measurable results.
Deliver a capstone presentation of your project to Leadership.

Anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities through extracurricular activities, job experiences, internships, student clubs and organizations, and volunteer work.
Willingness to relocate to a major location hub in Nottingham, UK or Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Open-minded approach to career development and excitement to gain experience across multiple functions.
