Own the localization and continuous evolution of the Global Partner Program for APJ.
Build feedback loops with APJ field teams and partners to identify market gaps and operational friction.
Drive high-velocity partner initiatives to impact partner productivity and top-line revenue.
Own readiness, launch timing, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption for regional program releases.
Write clear partner resources including incentives guides and playbook updates.
Drive operational rhythms such as Partner Advisory Boards, onboarding workflows, and partner communications.
Define and track KPIs across ROI, compliance, and partner-driven revenue.
Act as connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams.
Manage program investments including Market Development Funds (MDF) allocations and incentive payouts.

3–6 years of partner program or operations experience, ideally within fast-growing tech/SaaS environments.
Proven track record of managing complex initiatives from strategy to execution.
Ability to write concise program documentation, partner guides, and executive updates.
Data literacy with the ability to translate raw numbers into strategic action items.
Excellent judgment and ability to break down complex cross-functional challenges.
Exceptional communication skills to align and influence cross-functional partners.
