About the role
- The GTM Learning Platforms Manager oversees and optimizes the learning platform landscape to support Sales, Customer Success, and other revenue-generating teams.
- This role is responsible for developing learning systems strategy, managing platform administration, and ensuring technology aligns with business objectives.
- The position reports to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement and operates in a hybrid or remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning systems strategy and governance framework aligned with GTM enablement priorities.
- Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for learning and enablement platforms, managing configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Partner with GTM Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to curate, manage, and optimize learning pathways and training programs.
- Define and track KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness using analytics.
- Manage relationships with LMS, CMS, and Sales Enablement vendors.
- Act as a key liaison between Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms, preferably within a SaaS or GTM function.
- Strong understanding of learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, CMS tools, and modern sales enablement technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience managing system integrations.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools with a history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong AI fluency by leveraging coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, solution design, and automation.
- Hands-on experience implementing, managing, or optimizing Letter AI.
