About the role
- We’re hiring an experienced, hands-on leader to shape GTM Strategy & Operations for Harvey in APAC.
- You’ll join the Revenue Operations organization, which serves as the core strategic and business partner to Harvey’s global GTM teams, with a mission to drive sustained, efficient growth and operational excellence.
- In this role, you’ll own how our APAC field teams turn strategy into disciplined, data-driven execution, from market prioritization to operating cadence and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with APAC Enterprise Sales Leadership to define field strategy for APAC and ensure alignment with Harvey’s global GTM operating model, enabling predictable, durable revenue growth across the region.
- Drive forecast rigor and pipeline quality by establishing clear expectations, processes, and inspection mechanisms that improve CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and visibility into risk and upside.
- Design, implement, and evolve regional operating rhythms (business reviews, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, planning cadences) that support disciplined execution and scale as the business grows.
- Lead high-priority GTM initiatives for APAC that tackle complex, cross-functional problems and translate them into clear plans for the field.
- Partner closely with GTM Enablement to identify capability gaps, shape regional enablement priorities, and support the onboarding and ramp of new AEs and SDRs through data-driven insights and feedback loops.
- Over time, build and develop a high-performing team of APAC Sales Business Partners, setting a high bar on analytical rigor, stakeholder partnership, and operational excellence.
- Serve as the connective tissue between APAC and global Revenue Operations, sharing learnings, advocating for regional needs, and helping standardize best practices across markets where it makes sense.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you are energized by working across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Enablement to drive toward shared commercial outcomes.
